MNGT 4163 - Services Management


Credit Hours: 3
Students will explore a number of important issues in the management of services. The role of services in an economy, the importance of service quality and how to increase customer satisfaction will be thoroughly discussed. Additional topics include service relationships, strategic service management concepts, as well as addressing the specific service needs of internal and external customers. Application of waiting line models to planning to provide timely service to customers is discussed.
