SPAN 4333 - Techniques for Professional Translation and Interpretation in Spanish Credit Hours: 3 In this professional Spanish course, students will learn techniques needed to translate and interpret from Spanish to English, and vice versa, on a general and/or professional/technical level. In the process, they will learn the lexical, syntactical, stylistic, cultural and practical applications in Spanish/English, English/Spanish translation, especially the one(s) suited to their profession or career of choice.
Prerequisite(s): SPAN 3000 level and/or 4200-level SPANISH COURSES or by permission of department
