FDSC 3373 - Food Chemistry Credit Hours: 3 Students will acquire knowledge on composition, structure and functional properties of food constituents and their contributions to physical, organoleptic and nutritive characteristics of food products. Students will also learn the chemical reactions occurring during food processing, storage and utilization.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2222K, CHEM 3250K
