ENGL 4103 - Chaucer Credit Hours: 3 Students study major and minor works of Geoffrey Chaucer, in particular, The Canterbury Tales and Troilus and Creseyde. For context and comparison, they read other writers of the time like William Langland, John Gower and the Pearl poet. Students also examine a number of critical approaches and apply them to the works studied.
Prerequisite(s): A Grade of “C” or Above in ENGL 2111 or ENGL 2112
