PEDW 1441 - Fitness/Conditioning Theory Credit Hours: 1 Students acquire basic conditioning concepts and fitness activities related to weight training, jogging and the theory of prescribed fitness programs. Basic fitness principles of muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, body composition and injury prevention are reviewed.
