ENGL 4153 - Critical Theory Credit Hours: 3 Students learn the fundamentals of literary criticism with special emphasis on recent trends in literary theory and extensive application of selected critical methodologies. Regardless of the methodology or practical approach, students understand essential concepts in criticism and produce intensive in-depth analysis of works in selected genres.
Prerequisite(s): A Grade of “C” or Above in ENGL 2111 or ENGL 2112
