BIOT 6753 - Bioethics and Regulatory Issues Credit Hours: 3 This course will discuss ethical and regulatory issues related to biotechnology. Students in this course will comprehend the moral and ethical issues that have arisen from genetic engineering and molecular manipulation of living organisms. Regulatory and business aspects pertaining to biotechnology applications will be emphasized. Impacting bioethical as well as regulatory issues will be discussed in relation to the biotechnology divide and advancing modernization.
