The minor in Social Work requires 12 hours of upper-level, or 3000/4000 level social work courses following the completion of SOWK 2001, the required prerequisite for all social work courses. Students cannot take a level II course without the completion of the prerequisite level I course. The total number of credit hours for the Social Work minor is 15 semester hours. Students are required to obtain the minimum grade of a “C” in all courses.
