ENVH 5133 - PH Roles in Food Production Credit Hours: 3 This course is designed as an entry- level introduction into the public health aspects of food production and preservation in the United States. Students will be introduced to issues of public health concern in respects to food production, food consumption, food systems, sustainability and the US food system policies.
