ANSC 5213 - Lactation Physiology

Credit Hours: 3
Students will learn the physiology of milk production with emphasis on mammary gland development, anatomy, hormonal control of milk secretion, and biosynthesis of milk constituents.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2202 and ANSC 1801
